A very warm Tasmanian welcome to all, especially new players and those playing Poimena for the first time.
The main competition is singles stroke-play running over two days. Two rounds per day, minimum of 54 holes. The climax to the tournament is the Open Division Final on Sunday afternoon.
Players must use PDGA approved discs (list of approved discs) and the tournament follows PDGA rules.
Golf discs can be purchased, hired and borrowed at the tournament.

All other divisions : $40

Players are encouraged to register in advance in order to secure their spot. This is easily done by completing the online registration form. Registrations will be accepted on the morning of the tournament as long as there are places available.
Players pay in advance. This can be done online by credit card using the Paypal online payment gateway. After registering, players will receive information about making an online payment.
Players can also pay cash on arrival at the tournament. Paying in advance does guarantee your spot in the tournament. Players paying on the day of the tournament run the risk of missing out if the tournament is over subscribed.
Pro Payout and Prizes
The top finishers in the Pro division will win cash. Payout to be confirmed.
The top finishers in Amateur divisions will win prizes, rather than cash.
There will also be spot prizes.
Players should choose a player division suited to their experience and level of play. This tournament and all ADG National Tour events follow PDGA’s player division guidelines.

Tournament Classification – ADG and PDGA
The Two Heads Disc Golf Open is part of the Australian Disc Golf (ADG) National Tour. It is classified as an ADG ‘A-Tier’ event. The event has also been given a PDGA tournament classification – PDGA ‘C-Tier’.

The Players’ Meeting takes place next to the basket of hole 9.
The main players party will take place on the Saturday night. This will entail dinner and drinks at a venue to be confirmed. The cost of the dinner is not included in the tournament entry fee.
